§ 1 Data controller
Administratorem danych jest Staffeo sp. z o.o. Contact w sprawach ochrony danych: office@staffeo.pl.
§ 2 What data we collect
We process contact form data, candidate data from CVs and certificates, client company data and basic technical data such as IP address and cookie information.
§ 3 Purposes of processing
We process data to handle inquiries, deliver services, recruit, prepare postings, meet legal obligations and conduct business contact.
§ 4 Legal basis
The bases are Article 6 GDPR: consent, contract performance or pre-contractual actions, legal obligation and the controller’s legitimate interest.
§ 5 Retention period
Dane z formularzy przechowujemy do 12 miesięcy. CV i dane rekrutacyjne do 24 miesięcy, chyba że kandydat cofnie zgodę wcześniej. Accounting and contract documents are stored for the period required by law.
§ 6 Data sharing
Data may be shared with hosting, accounting, legal and IT tool providers. We process data in the EU and do not transfer it to third countries without appropriate safeguards.
§ 7 Rights of individuals
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer, object and complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
§ 8 Cookies

We use SSL, access control, permission limitation and organizational data protection procedures.
