§ 1 General provisions
Terms of service określa zasady świadczenia usług przez Staffeo na rzecz klientów biznesowych w zakresie wynajmu personelu przemysłowego, rekrutacji specjalistów, podwykonawstwa oraz obsługi delegowania. Terms of service ma zastosowanie do zapytań, ofert, zamówień i realizacji projektów, o ile strony nie uzgodniły inaczej w umowie.
§ 2 Definitions
Client means the entity ordering the service. Personnel means employees or collaborators presented for project delivery. Order means the confirmed work scope, number of people, rates, location, date and formal requirements.
§ 3 Order terms
Orders are placed by email or through the form. Confirmation covers scope, schedule, settlement model, required certificates and entry documents. Changes require agreement by both parties.
§ 4 Settlement rules
Settlements may be hourly, lump-sum or time and material. Accepted weekly reports are the basis for man-hour settlement. Payment terms are usually 14-30 days, and the settlement currency may be EUR or PLN.
§ 5 Employee documentation
Staffeo is responsible for documents indicated in the offer, in particular A1, VCA/SCC, medical checks, welding passports and qualification confirmations. The client provides site requirements with appropriate notice.
§ 6 Occupational health and safety
Personnel must follow HSE rules, site procedures, VCA/SCC requirements and use PPE. The client provides workplace instruction and informs about local risks.
§ 7 Confidentiality
The parties undertake to keep technical, commercial, pricing and organizational information confidential. The confidentiality obligation also continues after the project ends.
§ 8 Liability
The parties’ liability is limited to normal consequences of acts or omissions, excluding lost profits, unless mandatory law states otherwise. Force majeure releases the parties from liability for delays.
§ 9 Complaints
Complaints should be submitted by email to office@staffeo.pl, describing the event, date, people involved and expected solution. Staffeo responds within 5 business days.
§ 10 Final provisions
Polish law applies. Disputes will be resolved amicably, and if no agreement is reached, by the court competent for Staffeo’s registered office. Changes to the terms are published on the website.
